By opting in to receive text messages from Perfect Little Puppies, you agree to resolve any dispute with us through individual binding arbitration rather than through a court proceeding or class action.
Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
When you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Perfect Little Puppies at the mobile number you provided. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial intelligence-assisted tools.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages to purchase a puppy or receive any service from Perfect Little Puppies. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Participating Mobile Carriers
Our text messaging service works with major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as many regional and smaller carriers. Message availability may vary by carrier.
How to Unsubscribe
You may opt out of receiving text messages from Perfect Little Puppies at any time by replying to any of our text messages with one of the following keywords:
- STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT
After texting one of these keywords, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further marketing text messages will be sent to that number.

Eligibility and Phone Number Changes
By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a resident of the United States.
- You are the authorized user and account holder of the mobile phone number you provided.
If your mobile phone number changes, you must promptly notify us and opt out from the old number and re-opt-in from your new number.
Dispute Resolution: Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, and Jury Trial Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy, our text messaging services, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND PERFECT LITTLE PUPPIES ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement above, either party may:
- Bring an individual action in small claims court, provided the claim qualifies and remains in such court.
- File a complaint with a government or regulatory agency, including the FCC or FTC.
- Seek a court order solely to support the arbitration process or enforce an arbitration award.
- Bring an action in court to protect intellectual property rights.
Rules and Arbitrator
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
Notice and Process
Before initiating arbitration, a party must provide written notice of the dispute to the other party. Notice to Perfect Little Puppies must be sent via U.S. certified mail to:

The parties agree to negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days after notice is received before initiating arbitration.
No Class Actions
Both you and Perfect Little Puppies agree to bring any dispute only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class, collective, coordinated, or representative proceeding.
Governing Law
This Policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except that the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern all matters relating to arbitration.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Mobile Communications Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our text messaging services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
